Buck's Rock Camp is operating with a tiered tuition system. The tuition due for your camper(s) is based upon your household size and gross combined annual income.
Household size refers to the number of people who live in a single house, including parents, guardians, children, and any other dependents.
Gross combined annual income refers to the total income earned by all adults in a single household and any contributing adults that live outside the household.
Below, find the section that pertains to your household size. Then find what range your gross combined annual income falls into. Continue to scroll down to see how much each session costs based upon your Tuition Tier determination.
Please note: If you are selecting Tier 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, you will be required to send in your 2023 Tax Return (Form 1040) + the Tiered Tuition Application Form to confirm this Tuition Tier determination before you are enrolled at camp. After you have filled out your CampInTouch application, log back into your CampInTouch account and upload this tax form in the "Forms and Documents" tab. All personal information will be kept confidential and secure.

Important Registration Information
Please pay by check if you can! Buck’s Rock pays approximately $45,000 in credit card processing fees on tuition income annually. We have chosen not to pass those fees on to our families and will continue to cover the 3.6% fee ourselves. But we do ask that you consider paying by check to help us minimize the impact of these fees. Paying by check allows us to use more of our funding to lower tuition for families that need financial assistance. Please take this into consideration in choosing how you pay for Buck’s Rock - every dollar counts!
A deposit of one week of tuition is due immediately upon submitting the application for each camper. This deposit will go toward your total tuition payment.
Registrations can be cancelled for any reason prior to February 1, 2025 with a complete refund of deposit and tuition upon written request (minus a 3.5% processing fee for payments made with credit cards).
For registrations cancelled on or after February 1, 2025, the deposit will be retained as an administrative and clerical fee, in addition to the 3.5% processing fee for any payments made with credit cards.
For registrations cancelled on or after April 1, 2025, no refunds of tuition or deposit will be made under any circumstances.
Tuition will be invoiced in three equal payments due January 1st, February 15th, and April 1st, 2025.
For applications received after January 1st, 2025, billing will be equally divided over the remaining months.
All balances are due by April 1, 2025.
Payment plans are available on request.
Any payments made by check or credit card other than your own, (i.e. grandparents, ex-spouse, etc.) are still subject to all stated terms and conditions.
Should camp have to be cancelled before you arrive due to any reason outside of your or our control (i.e. Covid-19 pandemic, natural disasters, etc.), you will receive a reimbursement of 50% of all funds paid up to the date of cancellation. If you paid on a credit card, you will also NOT be reimbursed for a 3.5% processing fee.
